In order to make content more visually appealing to users, Konviva allows the use of images in various locations within the platform!

In addition to the page icon, logo, and banner, already mentioned in the article "Application of your brand's Visual Identity," Konviva has several features where images can be customized. Below, we provide recommendations for each of them:

  1. Page Icon: displayed on the browser tab. It is recommended that this image have dimensions of 180x180px in PNG format, preferably with a transparent background.

  2. Logo: displayed in the header of the environment and should follow dimensions of 240x86px, in PNG with a transparent background.
  3. Fixed Banner or Rotating Banner: Konviva has two banner options, one fixed and the other rotating (gallery), which appear just below the header. Both should be 1920x360px in PNG or JPG format. Rotating banners (gallery) are configured in Administration > Gallery (the Gallery module must be enabled).

  4. Pills: Images for pill cards should be 500x500px in PNG or JPG format.
  5. Courses and Tracks: Images for course and track cards should be 410x230px in PNG or JPG format.
  6. Highlights: We recommend using images with dimensions of 900x506px in PNG or JPG format. ATTENTION: if Highlights 2.0 is enabled, there are differences in image standards. For the thumbnail image, it should be 750x420px in PNG or JPG format. The recommendation for the image in the description is 900x506px in PNG or JPG format.
  7. Posts: We recommend using images with dimensions of 800x400px in PNG or JPG format. ATTENTION: if Posts 2.0 is enabled, there are differences in image standards, with the recommended size being 1200x675px in JPG or PNG format.

The images listed above are part of the student's homepage. In addition to them, we have:

  1. Library: Images for library cards should have dimensions of 385x236px, in PNG or JPG format.

  2. Catalog Banner: The recommendation is to use a banner with a shorter height with dimensions of 1920x360px, in PNG or JPG format.

  3. Course Details Page Banner: The recommendation for this banner is 1920x360px, in PNG or JPG format. It's also possible to add a video, which should have a resolution of 1080p (1920x1080px), in MP4 or AVI format and be no larger than 10MB. 

    Important: these formats apply to all 3 layout options available for this page.

  4. Catalog Icon: In the catalog, it's possible to add icons to categories. These images should have dimensions of 40x40px, in JPG or PNG format with a transparent background.

  5. Topic: When creating topics in the content registration of a course, it's possible to use images. It's recommended that these images have a width of 820px, in JPG or PNG format.

  6. Profile: The profile image, which identifies users, should have dimensions of 200x200px in PNG or JPG format.

  7. Community: The image that identifies a community should have dimensions of 100x100px, in PNG or JPG format.

  8. Badges, Missions, and Journeys (Gamification): Images for all these gamification-related applications should have dimensions of 200x200px, in JPG or PNG format with a transparent background.

  9. Store (Gamification): The images for product cards in the store should follow the dimensions of course and track cards (410x230px), also in PNG or JPG format.


Attention: The images follow the same standard regardless of which version of Konviva you use. All images used must have at least 72 dpi resolution, ensuring image quality in the environment. We are not responsible for the quality of images used outside the indicated standards of size, format, and resolution.
