In this area of the system, you will be able to perform a set of configurations that reflect on the interface of accessing the system via the app.

General Configuration

Default URL (non-customized): Default URL of your environment.
Registration URL: URL for self-registration.
Privacy Policy URL: URL with your company's privacy policies (an option to click will appear on the login screen).
Enable QR Code login: Enables the "Login Via QR CODE" button on the login screen.
Enable credentials login: Enables the username and password fields on the login screen.
Enable SSO login: If you have "SAML" or "OIDC" user integration, it should be enabled and the type of SSO used should be provided.
Display message with environment URL: Displays the environment URL on the user and password entry screen.
Automatically check for updates: Shows that there is an update available but does not prevent access. Two options appear, update or not.
Block usage without update: Blocks usage until an update is performed. Only the option to update appears.
Enable Multi-company login: If the client has multiple environments, it is possible to enable the student to access multiple environments through the app. It is necessary to select the company.
Enable automatic Multi-company: With this option enabled, the user does not need to select the company and will go directly to the unit registered in the user's profile.
Use layout per unit: Uses the layout settings configured directly in the unit.
Disallow media in a new post: When enabled, it does not allow the user to insert images in Posts (Available only in Posts 2.0).

Localization

Custom Terms: You can make changes to the app's terms (as done in the nomenclature configurator). A JSON must be created using the provided standard.

Analytics

Analytics Enabled: Enable Analytics in the APP.
Analytics ID: Your Analytics ID must be entered.
Analytics URL: Your Analytics URL must be entered.

Layout

Card image proportions: You can select which proportion the image displayed on the cards will have. Available proportions: 16:9, 1:1, and 4:3.
Home Sections: You can organize which information will appear on the student's home such as: Courses, tracks, library, pills, etc.
Valid keys for home section pages: Keys that you can enter in the "Home Sections".
Bottom Menu Pages (tabs): You can organize which information will appear on the bottom menu.
Side Menu Pages: You can organize which information will appear on the side menu.
Valid keys for side and bottom menu pages (tabs): Keys that you can enter in "Bottom Menu Pages (tabs)" and "Side Menu Pages".
